RESOURCES

At GROW Organization, mentoring relationships will be fundamental to the Organization’s purpose.  Like the Built Environments we have overseen throughout our careers, we are building GROW and the communities we help with a studied foundation for long-term success.  The framework begins with leaders in FM and disadvantaged grade school students. Then, through site visits to local companies, hands-on projects, mentoring, and classes in facilities-related subjects, internships, and ultimately college scholarships, GROW Organization aims to develop the next generation of facility management leaders.
