GROW

GROW arises from the words Guidance, Resources, Opportunities, and Work. We are a California incorporated public charity formed to provide outreach, scholarships, internships, and mentoring for young adults from diverse communities seeking career development in Construction, Facilities, and the Built
Environment. Our mission is to help the Facilities profession recruit and grow to reflect better and sustain the communities in which we live and work.

GROW originated from the Diversity, Mentoring & Scholarship Committee of the International Facilities Management Association of Silicon Valley. We quickly realized the need for a 501c3 charity to attract funding for our education and scholarship goals. And thus GROW was born!!!
